HELP & ANSWERS

A clearer start
to your PixMD.

Quick answers about accounts, discovery, and the next step.

Is PixMD free for customers?

Yes. Customer accounts are free. Create an account to view full galleries, follow interests, and save posts.

Can I browse before registering?

You can read public procedure guides and view selected public case examples. Full galleries require sign-in.

Does PixMD include nonsurgical procedures?

Yes. PixMD includes surgical and nonsurgical aesthetic procedures. Professional membership is currently open to MDs.

Do I have to complete setup?

No. After email verification, you can skip setup or skip suggested professional follows. Update your choices later in Filters.

How do I follow Dr. Ennis?

Create and verify a customer account, or sign in. Find Dr. Scott Ennis, open his profile, and choose Follow. Registration does not automatically follow him.

Does a location interest find the nearest doctor?

A location interest helps shape your feed around an area. Check each provider’s actual office location; it is not a promise of nearest-first sorting.

Does a consultation request book an appointment?

No. A request does not confirm an appointment. Confirm arrangements with the practice. PixMD does not currently provide in-app consultation chat.

What does Sponsored mean?

Sponsored placements are paid visibility, not an endorsement of clinical quality. A placement may target an area outside the provider’s actual office location.

Who can join as a professional?

Professional membership is currently open to MDs. Account and email verification are followed by a professional application and administrator review. Professional access begins after approval.

Can someone help manage a physician’s posts?

Yes. An approved professional can invite an existing verified customer to accept a posts-only manager role. That role can manage posts, but not consultations, profile information, or billing.
